Castle Home Inspections has been a thought of mine for more than 5 years and I am excited to finally make it a reality.
My name is Kevin Enos and I am from Ione, California. Ione is home to the famous Preston Castle, a landmark in our community. I came up with the name Castle Home Inspections as a tribute to the rich history of our town. It also represents the American dream of becoming a home owner or purchasing a new piece of real estate. We all want our own castles to be free of defects and to be a healthy environment to live in. It is my hope to serve anyone who wishes to take a closer look at their castle and my duty to keep their best interests at heart.
I have over 20 years experience in the construction and building science trades. Over the years I have learned how to educate my clients so that they are aware of serious issues that are lurking in their homes. I relish the fact that I get to help people in my community (and surrounding areas) make critical decisions on their investments. My concerns are not only for your investment but also your health and safety. That is why I offer a complete health and safety inspection along with a general home inspection. I want to be a friend in the community, which is why I offer post inspection meetings over coffee. I believe in quality over quantity. Therefore, I will gladly sit with you to explain any findings or answer any questions you may have about your report.
